VIA PUENTECILLAS: Leaving the Glorita Santa Fe toward Yerbuena follow the signs to Puentecillas (J. Rosas, San Miquel). Take the Puentecillas road to the right. Enter the straight main road into Puentecillas after passing the school district main offices and the prison. You will pass a Blue Cross (Cruz Azul) hardware store on the left, grocery and hardware store on the right, a church on the left between two topees and a large hacienda on the right side with large metal sculptures barely visible in the yard high above the street level. Go to the end of the street before the right hand curve(do NOT take the curve right) and see a large and very old ruin of a fort on the left; go into that narrow alley as a left fork off the main road (the buses often turn around here). Go about two city blocks past a few very poor residences, a meat shop and a tavern to an open area where alfalfa is grown. In front of you are two concrete dips over two different streams on the left side that converge into one river on the right side.

After crossing the two streams come out on the other side and go straight until there is a road to go left, at the top of a rise just before a tree on the left and ahead that was hit by lightening. Turn left along the dirt road to the first right turn at the water pumping station. Turn right onto that dirt road. In about 1 city block is Pepe's Store on the right and a large area of fighting cocks in cages on the left side, go straight down into a tiny stream and up past a feed store and a hacienda on the right. Go to the second left after the feed store. Take the left turn up a VERY steep hill and toward a large house on the left with three very large and distinct arches. Go past that house, curve right then left and straight. The road ends into one house, there is another to the right, turn right and take the FIRST alley into Tierra de Verano.

VIA TRINIDAD: Leaving the Glorita Santa Fe toward Yerbuena follow the signs to J. Rosas and San Miquel de Allende: Route 67. Go past a lot of new construction on the left and a cremation facility on the left. Just after a Pemex gas station on the right is a sign Trinidad 3 on the right, turn right. The see a sin on the right Trinidad 4, you have 4.2 miles to go. Go down the curvy road toward Sombrero Mountain. At the town sign is a BIG topee and a vendor. Follow the curvy road past a lovely coral colored house on the right and many ranchos. Just BEFORE a bridge the pavement ends, there is a bus sign; turn left onto a dirt road that goes straight for only a few feet and then turns left hard and DOWN into a stream then UP into a tree lined archway. Follow into and out of that archway to a clearing at the end of a brick wall. Go straight until there is a hard right turn at the end of a planted field and a brick ruin on the right across the dirt stone filled alley. Make a hard right along a curved dirt trail that curves back toward a brightly colored tiny church right after you cross a tiny stream. Coming up out of the stream and past the tiny church go straight ahead past a field and home on the right; see a right turn along a riverbed. Follow the main road along that river bed after you turn right and curve left along a road heading uphill. At the top of the hill is a left turn road down the hill; take that left turn and go along a white brick wall toward a very brightly colored pre-school. Turn right at the fork of the road and toward the road along the pre-school. Go UP the hill past the primary school, DOWN the hill and UP the next hill. At a jog in the road continue straight to the second alley and turn into Tierra de Verano.
